Online Credit Card Access

Online Credit Card Access? Online Credit Card Access is a service provided free of charge by Sharonview Federal Credit Union which allows you to view your credit card transactions, transfer balances and view your statements online. It also provides information on who to call with questions, payment addresses, and how to handle fraud and dispute claims.   Back to the Top

How do I make a Payment on my account? The easiest way to make a payment is to transfer money from your Sharonview checking account to your Sharonview credit card through Online Banking. To make a payment using a non-Sharonview account, use the Make A Payment option in Online Credit Card Access. By entering your checking or savings account information, you can have a payment posted to your account within a few business days. Also, you can make a payment by stopping in at a Sharonview branch or by mailing payment to the address provided on the Make a Payment page. Is Online Credit Card Accesssafe? Online Credit Card Access is designed to keep your account information secure. Your session will time out after 20 minutes of inactivity and your account number is never displayed on the screen. Activation and Use

How do I activate my account? When you receive your card, please call the number provided on the activation label on the card. If no label is attached, call 888-691-8661.   Back to the Top

My card has been lost/stolen, what should I do? Please call 866-9291901. Our customer service team will disable the card limiting unauthorized spending. To better assist us in servicing your account, please let us know where your card was lost/stolen and the last authorized transaction on the card.   Back to the Top

I think I have fraud on my account, what should I do? Please call 866-929-1901 immediately to report any fraud.   Back to the Top

How can I get my credit limit increased? If you need a credit limit increase, please visit www.sharonview.org and apply for a limit increase following the apply for a loan link.   Back to the Top

What is APR and how do I find my APR information? APR is annual percentage rate, this is the amount of interest that is billed to your account for the convenience of carrying a balance. Please review your card agreement for complete APR details.   Back to the Top

I have a dispute on my credit card statement, what do I do?If you do not recognize a charge or feel you were billed an incorrect amount, please follow these three steps:

  1. Double-check your receipts and check with other authorized users of your card.
  2. Contact the merchant where the purchase originated.
  3. If you are unable to resolve your dispute with the merchant, please complete and mail or fax the appropriate form on the Contact Us page of the Help & Info menu to the designated number.

I am traveling internationally, can I use my credit card?Your card will work in most countries. Due to fraud trends, we may restrict transactions in certain countries. Account Access

How do I make a cash advance? Generally you can use a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to make a withdrawal at an ATM or visit a Financial Institution that offers cash advances on the type of card you have been issued.
